- 11/2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tsp water
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions
In processor, blend ingredients, except parsley, until fairly smooth but with small lumps of cheese. Transfer to bowl; stir in parsley (if too thick, stir in more water).
