Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh berries (your favorite)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 cup fruit-flavored yogurt (to match your choice of berries)

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and hull berries, reserving a few for garnish. Place remaining berries in a blender or food processor; cover and process at medium speed until smooth; transfer to a 2-quart microwavable bowl. Stir in water, sugar and tapioca. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered, for 9 to 10 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring once. Cool slightly. Whisk in yogurt until smooth; cool. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with reserved berries.
