Ingredients
- 1 cube margarine
- 2 T. cocoa
- 3/4 cup canned milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Melt butter, add cocoa, boil a minute or so. Add milk and powdered sugar all at once. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

5 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2/3 heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Directions
Place the chocolate, sugar, and cream in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter. Serve warm over ice cream.
