Ingredients
- 6 oz of white chocolate chips
- 2/3 c of unsalted butter
- 1 1/3 c of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of vanilla
- 2 1/4 c apf
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. On a double boiler - melt the white chocolate.
2. In a mixer - add the room temperature butter and the sugar. Mix well to combine.
3. Add the eggs one at a time - scarping the bowl down after each addition. Add the tsp vanilla.
4. Combine and sift the dry material together.
5. Add the dry and the milk in 3 batches into the butter and sugar mixture.
7. Once everything has been combined add the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl. Stir by hand to combine.
8. Bake at 325 for 45 mins.
