Sweet Potatoes

• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 2-17 oz cans sweet potatoes-drained
• 1/4 cup margarine-melted
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Reserve 1/2 cup marshmallows, mash potatoes, add rest of ingredients and mix well. If you want a more moist recipe, add a bit more orange juice.
Place into a 1 quart greased casserole baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows; broil until lightly browned, serve immediately.
