Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 large ports, sliced
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 5in piece French bread, sliced open
- 1 Tbsp tom sauce
- salt and pep
- 3 fresh basil leaves
- 1 1/4 in sliced fresh mozz

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over med-high heat, heat oil. Add the garlic and saute until soft. Add the mushrooms and scallions and cook until browned. Spread bottom of bread with sauce. Place shrooms on sauce. Top with salt and pep. Cover with basil and chz. Cap with top of bread.
