Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 pound frozen peas, thawed
- 1 bunch radishes, trimmed, halved, thinly sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 3 cups arugula (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the cumin, lime juice, and honey. Gradually whisk in olive oil; stir in dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. In a large bowl, place the peas, radishes, and feta cheese. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
3. If desired, add the arugula and toss again.
