Ingredients
- Serves 6
- Stir together 3 cups fresh corn kernels, 3 cups chopped fresh tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 2 seeded and chopped small jalapenos, 3 Tbsp each fresh lime juice and cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
