    cup butter

    Tbsp parsley

  • 1

    clove garlic

  • salt and pepper

    chicken breasts

  • ¾

    cup flour

  • 3

    eggs beaten

  • cups bread crumbs


In small bowl combine all herb butter ingredients. On foil, shape into 6 inch square. Freeze till firm. Wash chicken. Cut each breast in half. Flatten chicken. Cut frozen butter into pats. Place a pat of butter in center of each piece of chicken. Bring long sides of chicken over butter. Fold ends over and secure with toothpicks. Roll pieces in flour. Dip each on beaten egg, then roll in crumbs. Chill one hour. Deep fry five minutes, turning with tongs till brown. Warm in 200° oven 15 minutes.
