Ingredients

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup coldlow-fat milk(2%)
  • 3 1/2 ounces Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups thawedCool Whip Lite
  • 10 graham crackers, halves coarsely broken
  • 1 cup slicedfresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar freestrawberry ice cream topping

Preparation

Step 1

MAKE THE FILLING:
2BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 minute Stir in COOL WHIP, graham crackers and berries. Swirl in ice cream topping.
3SERVE IT YOUR WAY!
4PIE: Spread filling into 6-oz. OREO Pie Crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional berries, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
5MINI PIES: Spoon filling into 12 cupcake liners. Freeze 4 hours. Remove paper linings. Garnish desserts with additional berries, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
6WAFFLE BOWLS: Freeze filling 6 hours or until firm. Let stand 15 minute before scooping into waffle bowls. Makes 8 servings.
