Ingredients
- 16oz can pineapple tidbits, reserve drained juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 3 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Heat sugar, flour, and pineapple juice until sugar melts. Addd pineapple and cheese. Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish. Top with Ritz crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
