Seafood (Tangiers fish dish)

Ingredients
- for the sauce:
- Cilantro
- chopped onion
- chopped tomatoe
- some salt
- cod or other white fish
- some black olives
- several lemon slices
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 turmeric
- 1/2 t safron
- salt and pepper
- 1 T ginger (shredded)
- 3 T honey
- 3 cloves of garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Layer the bottom of a oven proof dish with chopped cilanro
Sprinkle chopped onion and chopped tomatoe over top
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Lay the fish (cut in chunks) over the veggies.\
Pour the sauce over the fish
Sprinkle the olives in between the fish and lay the thinly sliced lemon on top.
Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Turn heat o 400 and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes
