Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1-3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter milk
- 2-1/2 c. flour, unsifted
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. zucchini, finely diced or grated
- 1/2 c. choc. chips
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Cream butter, oil & sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla & buttermilk. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients. Beat well.
Add zucchini, beat by hand.
Pour into greased/floured (or just use Pam) 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle choc. chips and sugar on top.
Bake 40-45 min. Diana said it took an hour.
NOTE
I've also thrown in a handful of choc. chips into the batter.
If using bunt pan sprinkle bottom with chips and sugar and nuts; increase baking time
CUPCAKES
350 - 15 min.
This cake doesn't need frosting...great the way it is.
