- 1 - 28/32 oz can plum tomatoes
- 3 to 4 TBSP grated onion
- 2 small garlic cloves finely grated
- 1/2 tsp ground fennel
- few torn basil leaves
- sea salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar - optional
