- 1 pork tenderloin
- 3 green onions, trimmed an cut lengthwise in strips
- 5 strips bacon

Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Make a long slit lengthwise down cent3er of pork, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open like a book. Place green onions on one cut side of pork; fold pork back over to close.
Wrap bacon slices around pork to cover completely. Place in a small roasting pan. Rub1/2 tea. pepper and 1 Tbsp. sugar over bacon.
Roast 20 minutes or until thermometer reads 150 degrees.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
