  • 1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combo, thawed and drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, low fat/low sodium is fine
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (lite is fine)
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1 4 oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1 7.8 oz. can dried French onions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and half of onions in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350, 30 minutes covered, and then 30 minutes uncovered; then spread remaining onions on top and bake 5 more minutes.
