- 1/2 C Butter
- 1/2 Yellow Onion Minced
- 1/4 C White Wine
- 2 T Flour
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 1 C Milk
- 1 Lemon Juiced

Step 1
Large Saucepan Over Medium-High Heat, Melt Butter, Add Onions & Wine. Cook & Stir Until Onions Are Soft.
Lower Heat, Whisk In Flour. Gradually Whisk In Cream. Stir In Milk & Lemon. Simmer Until Thick.
Serve Over Chicken, Fish, etc.
