Ingredients
- 3 lbs raw tiger shrimp, peeled
- 5 very large frozen scallops, cut up
- 1-2 jars Alfredo sauce
- Fresh green vegetable (brocolli, snow peas, asparagus...?)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, white or green, diced
- Garlic
- Basil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Dash of cayenne (optional)
- 1 1/2 lbs penne pasta, cooked to al dente WITHOUT oil

Step 1
In one pan, saute shrimp and scallops in olive oil. In separate pan, saute green vegetable(s), red pepper, and onion in olive oil until barely cooked, still crisp. Combine all and season with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add alfredo sauce. Serve over pasta.
