- 6 ears of fresh corn in husks
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- zest of 2 limes
- 3 teaspoons salt

Pull back husks on corn ears and remove corn silks, leaving the husks intact.
Step 2
Melt the butter and add the chili powder and lime zest. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Brush the corn with the chili lime butter.
Step 4
Sprinkle the salt on the corn on all sides.
Step 5
Return the husk back around the corn.
Step 6
Grill the corn right on the grill over medium low heat. Allow the husks to singe to give the corn a smoky flavor.
Step 7
Turn the corn to cook evenly for about 30 minutes.
