Ingredients
- 1 C. butter, softened
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 12 oz. pkg. CRANFRUIT Crushed Fruit for Chicken

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x9-inch square pan.
2. Mix butter and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl, until completely blended. Add egg; mix well.
3. Combine flour and baking powder in a small mixing bowl. Add butter mixture, mixing well. Spread half of the dough in the pan. Spread the crushed fruit on top. Break remaining dough into small pieces and place on top of fruit. Using the back of a metal spoon, gently press top layer of dough into fruit, letting juice mix in.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut in squares.
