- 3 eggs, separated
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1/2 C. (4 oz) melted butter
- 3/4 C. sour cream
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 T. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Separate 3 eggs and beat the yolks in a bowl. Beat in milk, melted butter, and sour cream. Combine and sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar; add to the mixture and beat well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into batter. Bake in a hot waffle iron and serve with desired topping.
