Ingredients
- 4 C. flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- 2 C. water
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 oz. softened, unsalted butter
- 2 C. of milk
- 3 egg whites
- Fresh Fruit

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine flour, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar, water and egg yolks; mix well. Add unsalted butter and beat to a smooth paste.
Beat in milk until smooth. In a separate bowl beat 3 egg whites until stiff, then with a spatula fold gently into mixture.
Spoon into a heated Belgian waffle iron
and bake until golden brown and crisp. Serve with sweetened whipped cream and, if desired, top with fresh fruit.
