Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tea. dry mustard
- 1/2 tea. coarsely ground pepper

Step 1
Mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire, garlic sand mustard.
Place chicken in a zip lock and add marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with pepper. Spray non-stick frypan with butter-flavored cooking spray and heat over medium temperature. Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
