Ingredients
- 2 lb ground chuck
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (16oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans (16oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (10oz) Rotel, undrained
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can (16oz) Bush's chili hot beans

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Rotel, and seasonings. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 1 hour. Add beans and heat through.
