Ingredients
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 3/4 Cup Solid Pack Pumpkin Puree
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 1/2 Cups Vanilla or White Icing, can use cream cheese frosting if desired.
- Assorted Pretzel Rods
- Orange and Yellow food coloring

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease mini bundt pan.
In large bowl combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil, cinnamon, cloves and 1 Cup of water. Mix in an electric mizer on low speed for 30 seconds, increase up to 2 minutes. Divide amoung wells in bundt. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Let cool.
Frost with Orange frosting and use pretzels as stems.
