Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3/4 Cup Solid Pack Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 1/2 Cups Vanilla or White Icing, can use cream cheese frosting if desired.
  • Assorted Pretzel Rods
  • Orange and Yellow food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease mini bundt pan.

In large bowl combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil, cinnamon, cloves and 1 Cup of water. Mix in an electric mizer on low speed for 30 seconds, increase up to 2 minutes. Divide amoung wells in bundt. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Let cool.

Frost with Orange frosting and use pretzels as stems.
