Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen meatless crumbles
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon diced pepperoni
  • 3/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated French bread dough
  • flour (optional)
  • olive-oil cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Stir together in medium mixing bowl: meatless crumbles, marinara sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and seasoning. Set aside.
Place dough on cutting board (sprinkled with flour to prevent sticking). Unroll dough to form a large rectangle, about 13x10-inches. Cut into 4 equal squares.
Divide filling and spread on dough to within 1/2-inch of edge. Fold in half and seal edges by pressing with back of fork.
Place on baking sheet and coat top of calzones with cooking spray.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve.
