Ingredients

• Six eggs
• 2 1/2 cups cheap bourbon
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 quarts milk
• 1 pint whipping cream
• 2 jiggers rum
• 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
• Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Separate eggs
Beat egg yolks til light
Add sugar to egg yolks
Beat til light and fluffy
Pour bourbon slowly, beating constantly
Add rum and rum flavoring
Add milk and beat.
Whip cream and add beating constantly
Beat egg whites and add beating constantly
Add nutmeg

NOTE: 1993 Beat egg whites and whipping cream separately. Set aside. Mix total recipe in large tupperware cake-taker.
