  • 1 cup strawberry or raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 T. powdered sugar
  • 1 bag (14-16 ounces) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries), slightly thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Place yogurt, milk and powdered sugar in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Add half the berries. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Add reamining berries. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth, adding a small amount of milk if necessary. Serve immediately.
