  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari, or reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
