- 1 C. baking mix
- 2 C. oatmeal
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C. oil
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. jellied cranberry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
2. Combine baking mix. oatmeal. brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl. Combine egg. oil and milk in a separate mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients. mixing just until the dry
ingredients are moist.
3. Fill each muffin cup 1/3 full with batter. Spoon about 1/2 tablespoon cranberry sauce into the center of each cup. Top with enough batter to cover sauce.
4. Bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
