Walnut Paté: aka "Tuna Salad"

Ingredients
- 3 cups walnuts
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion (or half of a large one)
- 2-3 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Soak walnuts for 30 minutes then drain. Put garlic onion, celery and parsley into food processor and process with s-blade until the ingredients are finely chopped. Add walnuts, lemon juice and sea salt. Blend until smooth, “coaching” the mixing if necessary.
Scoop pate onto cucumber rounds and top with cherry tomatoes and onion slices for decoration. This recipe can also be served stuffed in a tomato, celery, cucumber boat or a pita pocket.
You can add ½ cup water to paté and blend longer to create a dip.
