Ingredients
- Store-bought pie dough (low trans fat)
- 1 large egg white
- 2 TBS raw sugar
- 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
- 6 TBS sugar
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped hazelnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 350
Line bottom of dough with foil & pie weights. Bake 20 minutes until set. When cool, brush edges with egg whites and sprinkle with raw sugar. Return to oven and bake 8-10 more minutes. Let cool.
Turn oven down to 325
Bring milk, sugar and salt to a simmer in a pan on medium-high heat. Remove from heat, and stir in chocolate and let stand 5 minutes before whisking until melted. Whisk in sour cream, egg yolks and vanilla.
Pour filling into crust and smooth top with spatula. Bake in center rack for 25-35 minutes until set. Let cool until firm 1-hr to overnight.
Top with toasted hazelnuts and serve.
