Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Mix the crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Press firmly in bottom and sides of a buttered 8" round pan. Cream the cheese until smooth. Blend in sugar, add salt and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until knife come out clean like custard. Or you can microwave for 10 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and top with the sour cream, sugar and vanilla (that has been mixed together).

Bake at 450 F for 4 - 5 minutes or microwave 2 - 3 minutes. Let cool and refridgerate.
