Ingredients
- 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
- 1 round of brie cheese
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat over to 400 F
2. Unfold pastry on floured surface
3. Place cheese in center
4. Fold pastry over cheese to cover
5. Trim excess pastry and press to seal
6. Reserve scraps for decoration if desired
7. Beat egg with 1 tbsp water
8. Brush seams of pastry with egg mixture
9. Place seam side down on baking sheet
10.Brush with egg mixture
11. Bake 25 min or until golden brown
12. Let stand 20 mins then serve
