  • 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
  • 1 8 oz can water chestnuts, minced
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped

Step 1

Spueeze spinach until dry. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover, refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
