Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar ( I do more like 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ (If you don't have it don't worry about it)
  • 3/4 tsp group cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 raisins or cranberries or almonds (optional and whatever you want)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Oven at 350 in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 30-35 min. Mix first 6 ingredients and make a well in the middle and add wet ingredients.
Let them cool no longer than 5 min. and cut them or they will be too hard to cut.
