Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • white chocolate chips
  • ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Make your favorite cookie dough! Mine is this one. To start, cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients including some white chocolate chips.
Spoon 1.5 TB of cookie dough into a muffin pan. Press down.
Melt your white chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave and add to a ziplock bag. Cut the corner and squeeze onto the centers of your cookie cups.
Spoon another small scoop of cookie dough over the top of your chocolate and press down.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
Top with ice cream and butterscotch!
