Sweet Potato Casserole*

Lois Burke'a recipe.
This makes a nice caramel sauce around the potatoes.

Ingredients

• 5 sweet potatoes (cooked slightly & sliced)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 Tablespoons flour
• 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Place sweet potatoes in a 9X13 pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar, flour and salt over the potatoes,
Pour whipping cream over all and bake 325 for 45 minutes.
