Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
  • 2-1/4 Cup Sifted Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, confectioner's sugar and honey together.

Add flour, salt, vanilla and walnuts & mix to blend well.

Form into balls ~1 inch in diameter and chill well.

Bake at 375F 14-17 minutes.

While warm, roll cookies in confectioner's sugar.

Cool, then roll again in confectioner's sugar (or sprinkle generously on top)
