Ingredients
- 2 bunches curly kale 20oz stems removed leaves torn into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tbspn evoo
- 5 tspn sriracha sauce or more
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300, divide kale onto 2 cookie sheets. Sir together oil and sriracha and dirzzle over kale. Season with salt. Using your hands, toss to coat.
Bake for 35 minutes tossing every 10 minutes. let cool and store in large zip top plastic bag.
