Ingredients
- 1 lb beef
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 6oz cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 pounds tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T oregano
- 6 to 8 lasagne noodles
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices
- 3/4 lb mozzarella
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meats then mix ingredients through oregano.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles or use cookless or fresh.
Layer meat, noodles, cottage cheese, swiss slices, and grated mozzarella.
Repeat.
Finish by covering with sauce and parmesan on top.
Bake covered until last ten minutes.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly.
