Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 Cups Warm Water
  • 3/4 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cugar
  • 1 lrg. egg, beaten
  • 4 Cups Self Rising Flour, unsifted

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast and 1 tsp. sugar in warm water until bubbly.

Blend melted butter with 1/4 cup sugar. Add egg and beat. Stir in dissolved yeast, add flour, mix well. Place in airtight bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into greased minature muffin tins.

Bake 15 minutes.
