- 1 lb ground beef or venison
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1 package (8-10oz) kluski noodies, cooked & drained
- Garlic Salt & Chili Powder to taste
- ~Serve with Salad & Garlic Bread
Add green peppers and onion, cook until tender.
Add garlic salt and chili powder.
Add tomatoes and cooked noodles.
Simmer until warmed through.
