Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cubed
  • 1 14 1/2 ounce can of chicken broth
  • 2 16 ounce cans of pork and beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 green onion sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Spray Dutch oven with vegetable spray.
Brown chicken in two separate batches.
And chicken broth, pork and beans, rice, chili powder, and tomatoes.
Heat to a boil and then cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream and onions.
