Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp chopped shallot
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Salad:
- 4 cups winter salad greens
- 1/2 cup orange segments
- 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
Toss salad ingredients in large bowl with enough dressing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
