Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- sliced green onion and sesame seed for garnish
- NOTE: I ALSO USED ASIAN MIXED FROZEN VEGETABLE

Step 1
Brown the meat and add the rest of ingredients including the frozen vegetable.
NOTE: I NORMALLY DOUBLE THE RECIPE FOR THE SAUCE.
