Ingredients
- 3 c ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 (26oz) jar fire-roasted tomato and garlic pasta sauce(or preferred sauce
- 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
- 1 small cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c parsley, fresh and chopped
- 1/4 c basil, fresh and chopped
- salt and pepper
- 12 no cook lasagna noodles
- 3 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef and pasta sauce
Stir together ricotta. Parmesan, eggs,herbs, salt and pepper.
Layer in 2 - 11x7 baking dishes
Beef mix, noodles, cheese mix and shredded mozzarella. repeat layers.
Bake covered. 375* 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
