Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesn cheese, freshly grated
- 4 ounces Feta cheese, rinsed and crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 24 large fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach in colander. Squeeze all moisture from spinach. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except mushroom caps; mix well. Fill mushroom caps; bake 20 minutes. Serve warm.
