Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion flakes
  • 2 Tbsp bell pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
  • 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain ground beef. Return to pan. Add all other ingredients except sour cream. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat but do not boil. Serve with Tostitos as a dip or as a main dish over extra rice.
