Ingredients
- boneless rib eye steak (or New York strip steak)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar

Step 1
Pat steak dry. Mix salt and cornstarch together and rub on steak. Put steak on a rack and then place in freezer for 30-60 minutes to really dry the steak.
Mix the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and vinegar together to create the sauce. Baste the steak with the sauce.
Grill steak for 4-8 minutes.
for medium rare: 4 min - 2 on each side. Temp. should be 125 degrees
for medium: 6 min - 3 on each side. Temp. should be 135 degrees
for well done: 8 min - 4 on each side. Temp should be 145 degrees.
